I had just a couple of damaged shingles, so I let him check my roof. Soon after, I was told I needed a full replacement and even my insurance adjuster agreed. Something didn’t feel righ
Drone Guard LLC was born out of a personal experience that could have cost me thousands. In 2025, a roofer knocked on my door offering a free inspection. I had just a couple of damaged shingles, so I let him check my roof. Soon after, I was told I needed a full replacement and even my insurance adjuster agreed. Something didn’t feel right. Luckily, I had drone photos I’d taken of my roof before any of this happened. Those pictures proved the damage wasn’t caused by wind but by human tampering. My insurance company reclassified the claim and saved me more than $7,000 in unnecessary costs.
That experience opened my eyes to how vulnerable homeowners can be and how powerful simple documentation can be. I realized drones could protect property owners by giving them clear, reliable photos of their homes before storms, accidents, or dishonest contractors ever become a problem.
Today, Drone Guard LLC helps homeowners, landlords, and real estate professionals protect their investments with high-quality aerial photography, property documentation and routine inspections. What started as a personal solution to protect my own home has become a mission to help others avoid costly mistakes, disputes, and fraud.
